The technicians are skilled and efficient and special shout out to Victoria in the office who is incredibly knowledgeable, communicative and responsive! Anytime something pops up with one of my residents I know they are in good hands when Orca is involved!

I tried replacing my dishwasher myself but ran into unexpected electrical issues, suddenly I had exposed wire in the kitchen and the water out for the house, and all of this on a Sunday no less. I called and got an appointment for 2 hours later, the guy showed up 40 minutes early. He was in and out in an hour. Great experience, reasonable price

I wish I could give Orca 10 stars. Our icemaker broke. The receptionist at Orca quickly dispatched a repair person. He diagnosed the problem after a brief but through look at the ice maker. We needed a new ice maker. Within 48 hours he was back and quickly installed the ice maker. it works perfectly. Not only was the price reasonable and accurate as quoted, they even gave us two unexpected discounts. We will use them for all future repairs. You can’t do better than Orca.

I had a stacked LG washer drain pump fail and Orca had someone over the day I called. He was a very knowledgeable service technician who knew exactly what the issue was. He then ordered the required repair part, and returned the next business day to replace the drainage pump. He also had to deal with removing the dryer from the stacked configuration in order to get to the washer. The total time spent was less than 2 hrs and the washer is now working perfectly. Outstanding service all around and I would highly recommend Orca for any of your appliance service needs!

I was able to get an appointment scheduled for Monday morning when I called on a Friday afternoon. The technician arrived early and was able to fix the faulty ignition in our gas oven right away. Very satisfied with the service.

Oraz came over to fix my dryer and he did an amazing job. He was on time, efficient, and very professional. He found the problem within a few minutes and told me exactly how much it would cost, which was extremely reasonable. He went above and beyond by offering to clean the inside of the dryer and he was very thoughtful about putting everything back. It was probably an easier job for him, but as someone who has never had to hire someone to fix an appliance, I am so glad that I called Orca Appliance Services – they made it very easy and a great experience! I also love that this is a family-run business.
